Join us and the Wandering Chew for a cooking demonstration and tasting of dishes from Sababa, one of the most exciting releases of 2019!In this new cookbook, Adeena Sussman, acclaimed chef and cookbook author, shares dishes that are inspired by the bustling stalls of her local market – Shuk HaCarmel – and the local Israeli food culture that surrounds her at home in Tel Aviv. The recipes of her cookbook will bring the bright flavours of Israel cuisine into your kitchen, while teaching you to use Israeli staples like tahini, sumac, silan (date syrup), harissa, and za’atar.
