Iraqi-Jewish Cooking Workshop
In conjunction with our current exhibition, Iraqi Jewish Voices, join the Wandering Chew on October 17th for a hands-on cooking workshop, during which you’ll get to learn how to make Iraqi-Jewish delicacies!
The cuisine of the Iraqi-Jewish community is one full of fragrant spices and a variety of culinary influences. During this workshop, we’ll teach you how to make two of our favourite Iraqi-Jewish dishes: curried chickpea-filled sambusak served with amba, and cardamom and rose-perfumed massafan cookies.
