Virtual Matzah Making Class
Passover is right around the corner and we’ve heard from many of you that matzah is hard to find. Great news! We’re going back to our roots and making matzah at home – just like the Israelites did in Egypt – albeit with electricity and running water. After our hugely successful Montreal Bagel Workshop we’re having our second FREE virtual cooking class where we’ll guide you through the steps of making homemade matzah, all while talking about the history of this iconic unleavened bread. The process is simple and easy to follow, and we’ll be showing you how to make matzah with different kinds of flours to accommodate whatever you have in your pantry right now. There isn’t much advanced prep required! Just get the ingredients ready – we’ll be posing the ingredient list very soon – preheat your oven, and you can make matzah right along with us.
