Virtual Iranian Jewish Cooking Workshop

Join us and the Wandering Chew for a virtual Iranian Jewish cooking workshop on November 22nd. We’ll be joined by Tannaz Sassooni, a Los Angeles-based food writer who is working on a regional Iranian Jewish cookbook. Tannaz will teach us how to make chelo abgooshte gondi, a chicken soup with chickpeas and gondi dumplings made from ground chicken, chickpea flour, onions, cardamom and turmeric.
