Montreal Jewish Arts Collaborative: Learn Session
Sun July 9, 2023 @ 13:00 - 17:00
Do you have a creative project in the works, or want to build your skills as an emerging artist or cultural creator? On Sunday, July 9, we are excited to present the first of four sessions of the newly-announced Montreal Jewish Arts Collaborative!

Each 90-minute session will be offered twice, first from 1:15pm–2:45pm, and again from 3pm – 4:30pm. You’re welcome to sign up for two workshops, or just one – whatever works best for you! The sessions are free, and include coffee, snacks, and some mingling time to meet the other members of the Montreal Jewish Arts Collaborative.

What is the Montreal Jewish Arts Collaborative?
A partnership between the Museum of Jewish Montreal (MJM), KlezKanada, and the Segal Centre for Performing Arts, the Montreal Jewish Arts Collaborative aims to continue building a vibrant artistic ecosystem in our city by creating moments for intentional, creative gatherings, where ideas can be shared and new collaborations can grow. This new project will bring together our creative communities to share resources and offer more ways for creative and/or culturally-engaged projects to receive mentorship, access to a more diverse network of peers, and offer opportunities to collaborate on new projects or enhance your current work.
This event and forthcoming programming for the Montreal Jewish Arts Collaborative is supported by Federation CJA’s Working Together Grant.
Accessibility: The Museum of Jewish Montreal’s upper floors are accessible via staircase. Please note that our building is not currently suitable for visitors with limited mobility. Some of the workshops available will be held on the upper floors of our building. For more information, please contact us directly.
