The Museum of Jewish Montreal is committed to using contemporary art as an activator to increase understanding and appreciation of the diversity of Jewish culture and identity in Montreal. Since opening our Museum’s gallery in 2016, our mandate has grown to highlight the creation, exhibition and promotion of multidisciplinary art. We have become a venue for research, experimentation and dialogue for the work of both emerging and established artists. We explore the intersections of contemporary art, identity, and community building through our exhibitions, site specific installations and murals.
